How To Have a Good Day


1. Read your holy book (e.g., The Holy Bible, Qur'anPali Canon, or The Bhagavad-Gita) for a concentrated period of time daily.


2. Hold someone in the Light.


3. Take deep breaths, meditate, and do some spiritual exercise (e.g., qigong, yoga).


4. Do something good for your brain at least once per day (e.g., drink green tea).


5. Give to the poor when you can.


6. Eat nutritious food.
